ELDERFLOWER & SPRITZ POPS
INGREDIENTS
3 1/2 oz. Elderflower Liqueur
5 oz. rosé wine
2 oz. light agave syrup
8 1/2 oz. sparkling mineral water
8 strawberries, hulled and sliced in 3
PREPARATION Mix the elderflower liqueur, rosé, agave syrup and sparkling mineral water in a pitcher. Divide the mixture between 8 popsicle molds and place three slices of strawberry into each mold. Place the lid on the tray, slide the popsicle sticks into the lid slots and freeze for 12-14 hours until solid
