Mango Lassi (Poptail)

An effervescent & sweet milky mango fragrance, and one of the Poptail candles, which are designed as a candle that mimics the blending of a cocktail and a popsicle. Along with each candle comes a recipe. This scent is modelled after the traditional Indian Mango Lassi drink, with fresh mango nectar and creamy yogurt, which serves as a soothing and delicious drink!

Top - Ripe Mango Lime Juice Guava
Heart - Greek Yogurt Ground Cardamom Dark Agave Syrup
Bottom - Dark Rum Tonka Bean
MANGO LASSI POPTAIL
INGREDIENTS
3 mangoes, peeled, de-stoned and chopped
1 tsp. ground cardamom
10 1/2 oz. Greek yogurt
3 1/2 oz. dark agave syrup
3 1/2 oz. dark rum zest and juice of two limes
PREPARATION Blitz the mangoes with the cardamom, yogurt, agave syrup, rum, lime juice and zest in a food processor or blender. Divide the mixture between 8 popsicle molds, place the lid on the tray, and freeze for 30 minutes. Then slide the popsicle sticks into the lid slots and freeze for a further 12-14 hours until solid.
