Tropical Lychee (Poptail)

An effervescent & bubbly tropical fragrance, and one of the Poptail candles, which are designed as a candle that mimics the blending of a cocktail and a popsicle. Along with each candle comes a recipe.

TROPICAL LYCHEE POPTAIL
INGREDIENTS
3 1/2 oz. vodka
1 14 oz. can of lychees, drained
10 oz. pineapple juice
4 passion fruits, pulp reserved
PREPARATION In a blender or food processor, blitz the vodka, lychees and pineapple juice until smooth. Pour into a pitcher then add the passion fruit. Divide the mixture between 8 popsicle molds, place the lid on the tray, and freeze for 30 minutes. Then slide the popsicle sticks into the lid slots and freeze for a further 12-14 hours until solid.
